We have a swap for this summer 2013
Our house is a DUPLEX 130 m2. It has 3 bedrooms and an attic study. All rooms have day-light and are sunny. Dining room and upper study room with views to the mountain of Collserola. Bedrooms have views to the park in front of our building. Our house is 10 min walking distance to train to Barcelona. It is half an hour by train to Barcelona centre.
In the first floor we have 3 bedrooms: 1 suite with double bed and bathroom, 1 double (with trundle bed), 1 single bedroom and 1 bathroom. There is an open kitchen, recently reformed, with dining room and living room and 1 terrace with views to Collcerola and the swimming pool.
In the second floor there is a huge study with a sofa bed and a terrace of 25 m2.
There is a community garden with a large swimming pool.
We have air conditioning in the living room and the study and fans in the two main bedrooms.
Fully equipped with TV, WiFi, iPOD music, MAC. We have plenty of books in Spanish and board games.
The Kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, fridge, oven, microwave, orange juice machine, and old Thermomix kitchen machine.
We have 3 bikes and a 1 small car that can be exchanged. We have a swap for this summer 2013

Sant Cugat is a residential town very close to Barcelona with a very good atmosphere. There are many young families with children. It has also a lot of green places. We are very well connected: Barcelona downtown is 15 Km, by car it takes 20 minutes and by train half an hour. Is well connected to the north (Costa Brava is one hour by car) and to the south: towns like Sitges (35 minutes by car) or Tarragona (60 minutes by car).
Our flat is in front of a nice park and we are surrounded by a lot of green areas. We are 5 min walking to the centre of the town. We have a bakery, a supermarket and a bookshop very close. We are a family of 2 adults, Carles and Cecilia, and 2 children: Clara 14th years old and Joan 10th years old. Carlos is a Doctor and Cecilia work as a researcher in a Public institution. We like to travel and enjoy knowing different cultures and languages. This is our second time we offer our home but we are used to rent private apartments.
