Description of our house

Cozy duplex used as second home available almost the whole year (we use it around three/four weeks per year). In the first floor you will find a small lobby, a fully equipped kitchen for cooking lovers, a dining/living room with open views and a small toilet. In the second floor you will find three rooms plus a bathroom. One of the rooms is specially prepared for children with a bunk bed and another one is equipped with a double sofa bed. The apartment has been fully renovated recently (new furniture, windows, paint, etc.)and has individual heating in each room and air conditioning in the master bedroom and living room.

The apartment is in a residential area with all the necessary facilities and 15 minutes walking from the Parc Güell. There is both a metro and a bus station in less than 100 metres that will take you in 10 minutes to the heart of the city(Paseo Gracia, Plaza Cataluña, Ramblas, shopping areas, etc.) The area is surrounded by green areas, parks with easy access to the main highways of Barcelona if you want to go to the Pirenees, Costa Brava or other destinations. We are a Spanish family of 5. We have a 8 year old daughter, a 7 year old son and a 5 years old son, all born in Cairo. We have been living in Cairo for working reasons for the last 8 years and we love Cairo and Egypt. We love as well travelling, something we have been doing all over the world for ages, before and after we start having babies. Sometime we travel with others reletives.
