Description of our house

Our 220 square meters house is divided in four floors as follows: - The basement corresponds to the house garage, - The first floor we have the kitchen, the living room, one restroom and a small terrace which exits to the community swimming pool. - The second floor corresponds to the four bedrooms. We have accondicionated two of them: the suite-room in which we have a queen size bed and ours daughters room with two beds. In this floor we also have a restroom. The other two rooms are available, although there are no beds io them. - The attic is accondicionated as toys room for my daughters.

L'Ametlla del Vallès is a 7.700 inhabitants residential town 27 km. away from north Barcelona, well communicated to it with a highway. It's ranked as the third population concerning its per capita income. Thanks to be located in a well-communicated zone, other places as Pirineos mountains, Costa Brava (beautiful beaches), and other relevant cities of Catalonia are no further than one hour a half driving. The area where we live enjoys of nature, making it a desirable place to raise up our children without giving up the commodities which a big city as Barcelona offers. Something about ourselves

We are a four member family. I, Edu, have a small transportation business and am 43 years old. Personally, I enjoy sports as a supporter and love going to F.C. Barcelona stadium with my friends to watch football matches. Eva, my wife, is 43 years old as well. She works as seller and takes good care of all family members. She is wonderful. I love her. My daughter Berta is 8 years old, and she is a very good student and competes figure skating. Clara, the smallest, is 7 years old and is a little naughty. In spite of it, she is also a wonderful girl and loves sports as much as daddy does. She plays football and this September she'll become a female player of F.C. Barcelona school. We all love to travel everywhere. We really enjoy visiting new places and get the chance to know how people live in other parts of the world. That's the reason that we consider sharing our house the best way to accomplish and fulfill our expectations.
