LOOKING FOR A PLACE IN FRANCE OR ITALY TO SPEND SOME DAYS THE LAST WEEK OF JULY AND FIRST OF AUGUST 2012!!! Our apartment is new, spacious, sunny and lighty. It is located in the heart of Barcelona 5 minutes walking to Plaça Catalunya, Ramblas, Passeig de Gracia (Gaudi's buildings),... , 15 minutes walking to the beach and very well connected with buses and metro. Although located in the centre, the street where we are leaving is very quiet and no noise at all at night. We completely rebuilt our home in march 2009 maintaing original elements. It has a big kitchen with direct exit to small terrace and a big resting area for watching TV, listening to music or read. A car with parking infront of our home could also be available in order to discover beautiful places close to our city such as nice beaches in Costa Brava, Girona, Dali's museum, Sitges,...

Our street is very close (real 5 minutes walking) to best areas to visit in Barcelona. The neighbourhood is quite and no noise at night. We are surrended by wonderful modernist buldings. Just close to our building there is a 24 h opening store, plenty of restaurants and bars. Something about ourselves

We are married couple in our thirties with nine months old lovely baby, and would like to exhcange our home to travel abroud. We have been in many places before. If you choose our home we also will try to help you in preparing a nice holiday in Barcelona and surroundings. We did our first exchange with Reunion Island on summer of 2009, and after repeated with a couple from London. We went to New York last summer. All were great experiences. We will take care of your place as we care for our home. We are open to any nice place in the world, such as a country house in the Toscana. We are opened to non simultaneous exchange.
