Nice apartment with a fantastic view over the golf course "Playa Serena". It has two bedrooms with double beds, a living room, two bathrooms, a beautiful and quiet terrace over several holes of the golf course, with dining and living area , perfect for relaxing. Beige marble floors and wooden floor in the kitchen. Also it has a small utility-laundry room. The building has lift, it is on the second floor. We have porter and gardener and private parking inside the building. It has community gardens and two swimming pools, one for adults and one for children. The nearest airport is Almería but also you have many international airports nearby like Málaga, Murcia, Alicante and Granada, dayly direct flights (1 hour) to Madrid and Barcelona with low cost companies. Non simultaneous and long term exchanges possible.

The flat is on a quiet residential area but very near (less than 1 km) you have many shops, banks, pharmacy, restaurants...etc and the most important: a wonderful, very large, clean and quiet beach, also a natural reserve, very close from my home. This is a very good place for outdoor activities and sports. The city of Almeria is 20 km by car, also you can visit Granada ( 160 km), Málaga (180), Seville...etc. The alpujarras villages are also very near. Something about ourselves
