Se trata de un apartamento luminoso, tranquilo y funcional, situado en un tercer piso con ascensor de un edificio bien cuidado y seguro. La terraza del salón es ideal para leer, escuchar música, tomar el aperitivo y disfrutar de una romántica cena. Es nuestra segunda vivienda que debido a su cercanía a las playas de Alicante ciudad y San Juan disfrutamos sobre todo en primavera y verano por las miles de ofertas de cultura, música, gastronomía y deportes de playa que posee.

El barrio es estupendo, con mucha vida, servicios de todo tipo: tiendas, restaurantes, bares, cafeterías, heladerías, cines, biblioteca, arte en la calle, conciertos, grandes parques como el de "Torrent" a sólo 2 minutos a pie para correr, pasear y jugar, centro de salud a 1 minuto, Universidad y sus maravillosas instalaciones de acceso libre y actividades de ocio, deportivas y cursos para extranjeros, ...así mismo el barrio está perfectamente conectado con Alicante (a 6 Km) por bus, tren y tranvía y con el aeropuerto de Alicante (a 9 Km)(principa-les líneas regulares, low cost: Rayan Air, Easy Jet, Iberia, British AirWay...)así como con las playas, y las localidades vecinas: Elche, Murcia, Alcoy,... We are a family of 5 members, all adults, lovers of the culture, the art and the nature, music and sports like hiking and cycling. This summer we want to discover Ireland, because we have heard very good things about this cultural and vital country. We are responsible persons who will take care of your home in the same way we expect you to do with ours. We would like to go to Irleland during 3 weeks between July 1st and August 31st, 2013. We can exchange the apartment between the same period. Because the exchange house is our second residence, dates don't have to be coincident. For any other information do not hesitate to contact us.
