Our beautiful house is designed and equipped with all possible comfort you need during long or short stays. It is build on the slopes of the famous Bernia Mountains and has spectacular views onto the mountains, the sea and the village of Altea. As well as super sunsets from the terrace.It is perfectly suitable for spending winter & summers with the great terrace, beautiful garden, large pool and all other holiday facilities.
The villa is light, modern and tastefully decorated. The livingroom has huge stacking glassdoors to open up to the world outside. There is a modern fully equipped kitchen, a separate wash and drying room. A main bedroom and 3 guestrooms with double beds. A separate garage below. 5 minutes to the centre of town,5 minutes to the beach.
The area is very known for spending the winters because of the tropical climate. Even in winters you can spend most of the day outside on the terrace or even on the beach. For the late afternoons and the nights you will have a fire place, covered terrace, central heating in all rooms..etc.
The villa is situated in a secure area and on 5 minutes walking distance to a golf course. 5 minutes driving to the nearest small village (Altea la Vella) with local supermarkets, restaurants, bars and all you need. 5 minutes drive to the beautiful sandy beaches and the small artistic city Altea.
From the large terrace you have a wide and unlimited view over the bay of Altea, the village and the Sierra Bernia.
The pool and the terrace are facing south/east so you can enjoy the sunrise as well as the sunset from your own terrace. At night the view is breathtaking with all the little lights of the nearest villages and the town Altea.

You can go for a day hiking in the mountains, go to the beaches, visit amusement parks (Terra Mitica, Terra Natura, Aqua Landia). Visit the well known and beautiful towns of Alicante or Valencia. Or historic places inlands. Go for wine tasting to the Jallon Valley. Visit the huge lake in the mountains or simply enjoy visiting the real spanish markets nearby. There is actually nothing that you cannot do there to enjoy your stay...

We are a family of 4. Laurens is an entrepreneur and commercial pilot, Inge is photographer and has her own import company in beachwear. Together with our two boys Wessel & Jurre (10 & 7 years) we enjoy our second home enormously but also want to show our kids that there are more beautiful places on this earth. We are an active family and enjoy travelling.
Our children are happy, sportive and positively curious to all things life has to offer and also very well-behaved.
We take very good care of our home and belongings and will do the same with your property. We are a family of 4.
