Our house is located on a small mountain overlooking the old town of Pego. The setting is very private and calm. The sorrounding is spacious with several terraces and balconies all with a wonderful view. As you can see in the pictures there is also a big pool which is being cleaned weekly.
There are four bedrooms (two with a small TV) each for two persons, two bathrooms, one of them very spacious, a kitchen with every necessary utilities and a nice livingroom with a dining table, a chimney and a flatscreen TV.
Furthermore, a high chair, a stroller and a travel bed for babies are provided.
The house is surrounded by wonderful plants, like palms and many mediterranean flowers. Our house is located on a small mountain overlooking the old town of Pego. Pego is a small town with its own charming character. All facilities are approachable in about five minutes by car.
Denia, Oliva, Javea and other smaller cities are 8 to 30 km away.You also can reach Valencia in about 1 hour.The nearest beach is 8km away, but there are several beaches around either calm or animated.
In Ondara, only 10 km away, there is a big new shopping mall ( http://www.portaldelamarina.org
There are many restaurants in the immediate vicinity where you can either have typical Spanish food or fine dining. Especially in the summertime the whole area celebrates fiestas with processions and fireworks, bullfights or bullbaitings.

We are Michael and Susi, a couple in their 50`s. We have got three daughters (29, 25, 17) who are accompanied by their partners and a granddaughter(2) who all still like to travel with us but my husband and I also like to go alone for several days.
As we already own our house in Spain for several years we all would like to see new places, no matter where.
