It is a lovely apartment, including 2 bedrooms, one living room with a frieplace and a American Kitchen. Air conditioning. The bathroom is fitted with a bath tub with shower. The two terraces, one at the front and the other one at the back make the appartment very special as you will always be able to enjoy a fantastic view over the salt lake. The little terrace is ideal for having breakfast, while the sun is rising and the back terrace is ideal for having bbqs and enjoying the sunset.

Depending on the season; mostly there are English-speaking neighbours and they are very helpful and friendly as they have become residents in Lago Jardin. It is a quiet place unless it is high season. Something about ourselves

We have had this apartment for more than 15 years now and we always enjoy it. We are both 64 years old. It is our second home. We really like the Spanish people and their culture. We have spent lots of nice and relaxing holidays there, eihter with our family or just the two of us. Ideally located as a touring base, our town offers easy access to the cities like Alicante by bus, El altet airport, and from Alicante the train conect all coast to Valencia: 2 hours. The apartment is located at 1800 meters from beach. The sun is insurence all year. I like more the warm winter, it is delicious sit in the sunny terraces along the coast.The exchange could be also non simultaneus.
