Description of our house
[
![]() ]
This has been our holiday home for about 23 years and has grown with our family and our needs. It has been extended to maximise views all around to the lovely mountains and sea. Our family have done one successful exchange with people from Slovenia and it was a very positive experience for us, so we are looking forward to our next exchange.

[
![]() ]
Gordons Bay is a small idyllic seaside town on the Eastern edge of False Bay in the Western Cape, in the popular, picturesque region of Helderberg, and the winelands. ![]() Something about ourselves
[
![]() ]
Our family consists of Gideon and Christina with our three adult children, our daughter, Jani (28), our son FC (25) and our youngest daughter, Anke, aged 21. We love reading, going to the movies and anything concerning food - cooking, eating out, having friends over for dinner or just talking about good food, wine and coffee! O and of course we love to travel and still try to do it together despite our different schedules. Jani is an architect, FC an industrial engineer and Anke a student in her final year in BA Media and Writing, with Eng and France as her two other majors. Gideon is an attorney, specialising in conveyancing and I myself work part time at the Stellenbosch University. Our family have been to quite a few parts of Europe and the UK and all three of the children did exchange programs to Europe - the eldest two to Germany and Anke to France. ![]()
