We have a modern home in the heart of the Cape Winelands(70km from Cape Town). It offers spectacular views of the mountains and vineyards surrounding the security estate it is situated in. Award-winning wines, olive oils and restaurants is only minutes away and with Cape Town and its beaches only 70 km from Wellington you can use our home as a base to explore the Western Cape. It has three bedrooms with a double bed in each as well as a sleeper couch. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom while the other two rooms share a separate bathroom. With its own swimming pool(the estate also has its own communal pool) and “stoep” with built-in barbeque it is ideal for anyone that wants to enjoy the sunny African outdoors in a picturesque but secure environment. The estate is enclosed with electric fencing and security officers is on-site 24/7. The home itself has an alarm system with armed response.
