Beautifully renovated family home in Bergvliet, a suburb of Cape Town, South Africa. We have 3 spacious bedrooms with laminated floors, 2 bathrooms (m.e.s. with walk in cupboards) separate wc. There is a fully equipped open plan kitchen and a large lounge area with satellite TV. There is also a study with computer and internet access. We have a lovely enclosed patio area leading off the dining room which is great for entertaining as well as a pool, automatic irrigation system and alarm and intercom system.

We are very conveniently situated and 30 minutes drive from Cape Town airport and also 30 minutes to Cape Town centre and the Waterfront area. We are close to sandy beaches and other tourist attractions. We have a number of shopping centres close by including the up-market Constantia shopping complex. There are a number of cinemas in the Claremont centre, about 10 minutes drive away. The closest railway station is only 5 minutes drive / 15 minutes walk. Something about ourselves

We are a retired couple in their early 60's. We have three grown up children and two of the girls are currently working and living in London. Our third daughter is a social worker and living close by. Geoff is British but has lived in SA for many years and was a Quantity Surveyor and Liz worked in the employment field as well as in the catering industry. We have house swopped on two previous occasions and both times have been very successful.
