Fantastic holiday home in best part of South Africa. 120 Km(1.5hrs drive) from Cape Town on senic route. 200 meters from sea and close to beaches. Luxirous house fully equiped in secure enviroment. Could be used for World Cup Soccer 2010 and area world wide known for Whale Whatching. Area well known for for wine and 1 hr's drive from RSA main wine areas. Weather fine all year arround. Could explore well known Garden Route from here. Cleaning of house could be arranged on daily basis. Bicycles, cano, surfboards available. Very accesable from Cape Town Airport (shuttle available door to door).South Africa has little snow so any destination near snow slopes for snow ski would be welcome for exchange. Very relaxed and secure enviroment. House surrounded by high fencing with alarm system. Could enjoy 270 degrees of sea and mountain view. Next to green belt with indegenous "fynbos" which is uneque to Western Cape. Over 2000 species in area. Something about ourselves

I am a Chartered Accountant (55) and my wife Elzabie (55) is a house wife and artist. We stay in Hartbeespoort area near Pretoria but use the holiday house in our summer period (December & January) and short visits during year. This is our peace of heaven.
