Our neighborhood
The property is tucked away at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac 2 mins from the famous Vergelegen, Morgenster and Lourensford wine estates with their restaurants, speciality coffee and cheese shops and beautiful gardens. The Helderberg Nature Reserve is 5 mins away and offers lawns for picnicking as well as short and long hikes and stupendous mountain and sea views. Walk in the park along the Lourens River 200m away. Easy drive to prime tourist spots, beaches and shops. 20 Min drive to Stellenbosch, the centre of wine culture in SA, 20 min to CT airport, 30 min to the city and Waterfront, 10 min to the beach.
