This charming country house is situated in the lovely area of Noordhoek/Fish Hoek, close to the City of Cape Town and the South Peninsula. The house is very nicely, colorful and artistic decorated. The property is about 10 min away from different beaches, (the Indian Ocean and the Atlantic Ocean) with lovely mountain views. Lots of Golf courses are in the area. You will love the landscaped garden and the solar heated pool. The property is within walking distance to restaurants and shops. It is fully equipped with all comfort like, Sat TV, DSTV, stereo, full security, Wireless Internet for your own Laptop, dish washer, tumble dryer and washing machine. Close to lots of wonderful tourist attractions, (Game Reserves, Safaris, Garden Route, Karoo, Cape Winelands, Hiking Path/Trails, Horse Riding, Picnic Sites, Westcoast etc.) You may drive my car for your convenience around the Cape Town area. If you plan to drive into neighboring countries or explore the north of South Africa you might need a rental car.

Something about myself: I am a retired teacher. I enjoy traveling, swimming, walking at the beach, painting, Webdesign, taking photographs. Traveling is one of my favorite hobbies and fortunately I have the ability to schedule my time. I am looking forward to exploring the world and opening up my home in exchange with other like-minded persons. Not to forget, I have a cued little cat named Noel. You do not have to worry about the garden, house or the pool maintenance, because there is somebody living in a room of the house who takes care of the property and can also assist you in all upcoming questions you might have.
