Our recently built home is situated in Hout Bay which is an extremely popular holiday destination close to the exclusive area of Llandudno. We have wonderful mountain & valley views from all rooms. Hout Bay has breathtaking scenary including the world famous Chapmans Peak. We are within walking distance to restaurants, shops, beach, art galleries The World of Birds sanctuary and Mariners Wharf. We are 15 mins drive to Camps Bay & Clifton beaches, Table Mountain, Victoria & Alfred Waterfront and 30 Mins drive to the Stellenbosch& Franschoek wine routes. ***Soccer fans 15 mins drive to the 2010 Stadium in Green Point.

Our home is situated in a peaceful crescent at the foot of the Karbonkelberg mountain reserve. It is a child friendly environment ideal for bicycle riding and peaceful walks. You can enjoy mountain hikes from our back garden. Something about ourselves
