We offer a large old rebuilt farm house near the forest in very calm natural district without any traffic easy of approach from highway (5km). Round the house is very large garden with green grass, threes, playground for the basketball and the football. There is also a large parking place.
The house has a ground-floor, where is a large dining-room with the big eating-table, oven, sofa (is possible for slipping) and a seperate normal kitchen. Exit is also on the covered terrace, where the family can enjoy. On this floor is also big bathroom with WC.
On the first floor is a big place with two slipping-rooms and big WC. One room has two beds and the other has four beds. Each room has exit on the wooden balcony. All house is furnished for living. On the garden is also a big summer pavilion with barbecue and the family can eat and enjoy. Our friends say, that here is like a paradise. From us to the Adriatic sea is only 240 km far – 2,5 hours by car. Piran is very beautiful town on the coast. Slovenia is the second most forested country in Europe with our magnificent Triglav national park (far only 2 hours by car), three regional parks and 40 landscape parks.
Our farm house lies at the foot of highlands Pohorje, Mariborsko Pohorje and Rogla – tourist centres with sport activities, hiking, cycling, wellness and local food. Slovenia has numerous thermal spring with thermal spa and wellness: Zreče is only 7 km far, the others are 20-50 km away: Ptuj, Radenci, Rogaška, Olimje…We have also a beautiful landscape with sunny wine-growing hills, vineyards with a local gastronomic pleasure not far from us.
Ljubljana is the capital city , the city of architect Jože Plečnik, with museums, galleries, swimming-pools, shopping- centres, with summer musical events: Ljubljana Festival, Jazz Festival… Maribor the second largest town is not far from us, (only 25 km) is the European Capital of Culture 2012. The project combines creativity, heritage, education, research, digital literacy, cultural tourism and ecology. In Maribor is Lent Festival, one of the biggest summer festivals in Europe, the Folkart international folk festival. Classical music festivals in towns Brežice, Radovljica, Bled and Piran.

We are Marjetka and Brane. I was the secondary school teacher and I have been retired since January 2013. My husband is an engineer - surveyor. We are living in a big house, only 15 km far from our second house offer for exchanging. We enjoy travelling and discovering other countries. We like sport activities: hiking, cycling, skiing, but we are also occupy with our two little sweet granddaughters.
