Our home is a two and a half storey house built in 2007 to our own design specification. It is located on an elevated 2.3 acre site. It has a living room/lounge with an open fire place, a snug with a multi-fuel stove, two sun rooms - one large sun room at the front of the house overlooking panoramic views of the distant mountains and a smaller sun room at the back of the house opening out via patio doors to a secluded patio. The ground floor also has a toilet, large kitchen, dining room and a playroom with a computer and broadband internet access. The first and second floors are made up of 5 bedrooms (one with ensuite bathroom), office with computer/broadband internet access and two separate bathrooms. There is a utility room at the rear of the house accessed via a covered walkway. This contains a washing machine, tumble dryer and a chest freezer. An outside toilet is also located at the rear of the house.

Our home is located in beautiful countryside 5 miles from the market town of Omagh. The house is located on an elevated site with panoramic views of the surrounding countryside. The only noise you will hear at night are the sound of bleating sheep and mooing of cows. There is plenty to do and see in Tyrone - Ulster American Folk Park, Gortin Glens, world famous lakes and rivers to fish in, golf, walks in the Sperrin mountains, the county town of Omagh with the Strule Arts Centre, traditional Irish pubs and a host of shops and restaurants. Our neighboring county is Fermanagh which is famous for Lough Erne - the largest inland waterway in Europe. There is also plenty to do and see in Fermanagh - Belleek Pottery, Castle Archdale, Marble Arch Caves, National Trust properties such as Castlecoole, Crom and Florence Court. We are also ideally located to tour the rest of the North of Ireland - the Antrim Coast, the historic Cathedral city of Armagh and Donegal are all a short drive from our home. Belfast is a one hour by car and Dublin approximately 2.5 hours. Something about ourselves
