High on a hill in a quiet neighbourhood with stunning 220 degree lake and mountain views. 3 minutes by car to town. Nearest restaurant 5 minute walk. 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, computer room, wifi, lcd tvs, bicycles, decks to enjoy the views. Attached garage. Small garden with outdoor dining. Kitchen remodeled recently. A beautiful home with everything you would want.Our home is not suitable for young children.We do have a cat that usually only comes in for food. Views, Views and Views !!

A private street with 7 homes on a hill overlooking the lake. Queenstown has over 100 restaurants and bars. 4 ski fields close by. Hiking, fishing, golf, lakes, mountains, it is all here for you to enjoy. Car exchange is possible.For the skiers ours is 4wd. Great local restaurant just around the corner. Mike and Anna are in their 50/60S and enjoy the outdoors. . As our skiing days are over we are very keen to swap during our winter and go somewhere warm. Mike has just retired after 14 years running a local winery. We have done 20 exchanges in the past 5 years and will look at all travel/exchange oportunities. Tempt us . Would prefer exchanges for at least 2 weeks . 1 week minimum, please do not ask for less than 1 week.
