Our home is comfortable, clean, and spacious. It has a large kitchen with adjoining dining room and a lounge. The deck overlooks a large back yard that is private with a rural view and a peep of the beach and has many trees, flowers and a garden. I love spending time in my home and having friends over, it is warm and inviting.

Our neighborhood
Ideally located as a touring base, our little town offers easy access to the beach and shops, the tourist attractions can be done by yourself or by touringcar. Here up north are lots of things to see and do. ( fishing, diving, walking, bowling, golfing swimming. Something about ourselves
We are Jan and Rina, a married couple with four childeren living their own live. We are both retired and enjoy travelling when able to get away. We have not done a home exchange before but are keen to try what sounds a great way to see another country as a resident - and allow someone to see yours. We would expect to arrange an exchange some way in advance in order to get to know our fellow exchangers via email first to see how best we can facilitate their stay in New Zealand.  marks the location of this home
