Located in the small town of Richmond, a suburb of Nelson. Vineyards form part of the view and can be visited either by walking or a short drive. Quiet suburb with lovely beaches only 10 minutes drive or river swimming. Nelson is a holiday favourite for New Zealanders with swimming, fishing, art and craft markets, vinyards, craft breweries and friendly locals. Something about ourselves

Our names are Grant and Kathy. We are both in our fifties and have lived in nelson for 10 years. I am a Superintendent in the NZ Police, currently in charge of planning for the 2011 rugby world cup in NZ. Kathy is also employed in the police as a non sworn officer. We are first time home swappers and love the idea of staying in another country to meet people and see another part of the world. Our two daughters are both at university and may be able to accompany us for a short period. ![]()
