My one bedroom cottage is modern and funky with all the basic facilities. It has a balcony and BBQ which overlook the Botanical Gardens on Hospital hill. It has a laundry in the basement and an outdoor spa area with garden views. Best suited for a couple but there is a pull out bed in the lounge to accommodate a guest. Full of original modern art.

Enfield Road is a quiet one way street on Hospital Hill within an easy two minute walk to the Botanical Gardens and a twenty minute walk to the centre of the city. It is close to a marina, cafes, and restaurants as well as a well equipped organic food store. Napier has Art Deco architecture and many cultural and tourist attractions. I am an 55+ adventurous traveler who is always looking for new opportunities to experience different cultures. I work as a Travel Consultant, love art, movies, books and the outdoors particularly hiking. My adult daughter and partner are currently in the UK and Europe for two years but have to leave in May 2013 so I am keen to have a house exchange after that time so they can come and have a holiday with me.
