+ Newly furnished modern holiday house that has all the basics when on holiday.
+ Maintenance free and OK to leave for longer periods if traveling around NZ and using Christchurch as a base.
+ One of 15 apartments, it has 3 levels with an internal garage.
+ 2 bedrooms on the top level both with views of the city.
+ Not been affected by the earthquakes.
+ My second home so available for non-simultaneous exchanges.
