Our home is a beautiful space to be in! It is large, light and airy and ideal for indoor/outdoor living. We have a lovely patio off the kitchen/dining and lounge which is great for alfresco dining at this time of year. We live here! It is 2 storey and has a small balcony off the master bedroom which also has its own en-suite and walk in robe. It is an architecturally designed home of which we are very proud.

![]() Our neighborhood
We live in a quiet cul-de-sac in the south of Christchurch next to a beautiful quiet reserve with a stream - bliss! It is only 12 minutes from the city centre and 10 from the lovely countryside of Lincoln. It's a great place to live - lush and green with the odd sheep and cow. We are fortunate to be able to live only an hour and a half away or less from most of the great holiday destinations - ski fields, hot pools, whale watching spot, beaches - there are many possibilities to suit all types of adventure seekers. Something about ourselves
I am a Scot, married to a Kiwi and we have two sons. We are both teachers - my husband teaches primary school and speaks Japanese, Maori, French, German, a little Italian and Spanish. I teach high school French (but I can also teach German)and our sons are of primary school age. We are very careful people who will take care of any home in our care. ![]()
