Located on the Bay of Plenty coast which is New Zealand's favourite holiday destination with it's beautiful white sand surf beaches. The complex is a managed holiday homes apartments. Our apartment is a three level apartment, downstairs there is a small bedroom with one bed. A toilet, separate laundry and a lock up garage. The 2nd level is a modern kitchen fitted with refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, etc and all kitchen utensils. Dining Room, lounge with a TV, video and stereo with sky TV. The 3rd floor has two bedrooms with a double bed in one room and two single beds in another room. Also another bathroom with shower, toilet and hairdryer.

The beach is directly across the road from the Apartment. There are local shops and restaurants and also there is a major shopping complex, 2 golf courses, and aquatic centre all within 10 minutes walking distance. The Baypark speedway and sports stadium are also near by. Something about ourselves

Max and Jean are retired having previously been in the Retail Business. This is our 2nd home which is a holiday unit so we can be flexible on dates and length of stay and exchange need not be simultaneous. We live only a short distance away and if we are here at that time we would be happy to help you settle . We both very much enjoy our family who live near by and we both play outdoor bowls, Jean enjoys playing bridge and we both enjoy travelling and meeting people.
