Our Home is brand new single level 3 bedroom two bathroom home -- it has an "open plan” design with an Ultra modern kitchen and Pantry, a nice sunny “nook” to read the paper, and a big lounge with 42in flat screen TV, Gas fire place and surround sound. In the master Bedroom there is also a big TV, walk in wardrobe and on suite. We offer Wi-Fi if you have your own Computer or ours is available. There are bikes for your use. The house has central heating/cooling for both summer and winter comfort. Two large decks one that is roofed. The gardens are taken care of as we live in a "gated comunity" all the facilities in the village is free for you to use, such as the heated 25 meter indoor pool, Gym, Library, and much more.

We are Francois and Angela Richter-Visser, retired business man and nurse. Francois was born in South Africa (been in NZ 50 years) and Angela is a true blue Kiwi. We have been married for 47 years and have 3 adult and married children + 6 beautiful grand children. We are "late" 60's very keen travelers. Keen golfers, trampers and skiers. and we have done many exchanges all over the world. AND WE ARE OPEN TO ANY SORT OF OFFER --- as long as it is legal! -- Non simultaneous exchanges are welcomed. Our houses or holiday house is NOT available over Xmas and New Year --- family time !!
