Our home is a cosy hilltop town house. The house is two levels. There is a garage, storage room and a laundry on the first floor. There are two double bedrooms, separate study room, spacious living and dining, newly renovated kitchen one bathroom and a separate toilet on the second floor.

The superb location of Half Moon Bay offers easy access to the beaches, local restaurants and cafes, gym, tennis club, golf course, Rotary walkway, swimming pool. We are within 5 minutes walking to the ferry terminal from where you can take the ferry for the city (25 minutes ride) and to the beautiful Waiheke Island (45 minutes ride). We are married couple in our early forties with two children - 20 years old son and 8 years old daughter. Our son is studying at the university and he is not likely to travel with us because he already has his own plans. We are running our own business and enjoy traveling when able to get away. We have not done a home exchange before but we would love to try it. It seems great way to explore new destinations while allowing someone else to enjoy our.
