Our home is the type of place you just want to sit and watch the 180 degree views over the inner Auckland harbour all day. It is very quiet, private and has 3 floors each with balconies to take in the view. Every room has a million dollar view. Auckland has many places to visit in and around the city all within easy access. There are many fine restaurants and cafes, or you can sit on the deck of our home with a coffee or have a meal. If you want to relax or sightsee, this is the place to be. Our home has a large open plan dining, sitting and kitchen area with high ceilings on one floor, three bedrooms on the floor below, and on the bottom floor a games room with pool table, spa as well as a study. Each floor has balconies the length of the house. You can also walk down to our private jetty from which to launch our kayaks on mid or high tide, or just sit there and enjoy the views.

Our neighborhood
Birkenhead is a suburb on the North Shore of Auckland, just over the Auckland Harbour bridge. Out of peak hours, it takes about 15 minutes into the heart of the city. Our home is located in a quiet pocket of homes with only one road acessing the main road. It is very safe and wonderful place to relax. Something about ourselves
We are a professional couple in our late 40's who enjoy travelling and seeing the world. We also have a water access only property on the Hawkesbury river, just outside Sydney, Australia.  = marks the location of this home
