Modern split level home with swimming pool,water views, decks and good outdoor living area. Whilst our house is not huge there is a good feeling of space because the house is on different levels. Kitchen, dining, laundry and small living area on entry level. Main lounge downstairs and overlooks the pool. Up from the entry level (5 stairs) is the main bedroom with ensuite. Bathroom and 2 other bedrooms on next level. The house can accommodate 5 people but one of the bedrooms we have as an office, this has a double sofa bed, which is available, but possibly the house is more suitable for 3 people. We have had 8 exchanges so far and all very satisfactory on both sides. NON-SIMULTANEOUS EXCHANGE POSSIBLE

The house is situated on Auckland's North Shore, 15 minutes from the CBD and waterfront/marinas and many beautiful beaches and tourist attractions. Good shopping, restaurants, theatres etc. within close proximity. Many bush walks, golf courses, surf beaches, sailing and fishing opportunities. Something about ourselves

I am now a widow - sad to say. I enjoy travel, walking, birding, theatre and I am just taking golf lessons for the first time. I would travel with a widowed friend or sometimes two friends.
