Description of our house

We live in a spacious family home in a neighborhood of Zwolle. We have an open kitchen that flows into the living room. From the living room to get through a large sliding window in our lovely backyard (30 meters deep). We have a patio behind the house, a pergola with lounge set and behind that another lawn with a swing and play loose attributes. Downstairs is a toilet in the hall. Upstairs are three bedrooms and bathroom with sink, tub, shower and separate toilet. In the attic is a separate room with washer, dryer and freezer and a fourth bedroom. We have blinds on the first floor screens. In April 2013 we have renovated the kitchen and placed a new wooden floor downstairs. We will update the photo's ;)

Our neighborhood consists especially houses with greenery. There is a supermarket 1 km away and an entire shopping center at 1.5 km away. With public transport you can access from Zwolle throughout the Netherlands very well. By car, you are in 5 minutes on the highway. The center of Zwolle is very authentic and at 15 minutes by bicycle. The beauty of the area's diversity: one moment you cycle through the woods, the next moment on a dike along the river IJssel. Zwolle is located in the Netherlands with the car you drive in just over one hour to Amsterdam. Nice authentic cities nearby are Kampen, Hattem, Deventer, Meppel. Something about ourselves

We are Pedro and Anke, both 37 years and live together with our children daughter (8) and son (5) in Zwolle. Pedro is a controller at the accounts office and Anke works as a consultant in care for the elderly. As a family we like to enjoy traveling, pleasant walks and bike rides to geocaching. We exchanged for the first time in august 2011 and had a really good time in France. For the second (successful) exchange in october 2011 we went to Danmark. In august 2012 we swapped houses with a nice family from England. We depend on the planned schoolholidays of our kids. The summer holidays we would like to use a maximum of two weeks to exchange in Europe and 3 weeks for destinations overseas. We are responsible people and would take care of your belongings as if they would be ours. We will always reply your mail!
