Inside high ceilings on the first and second floor, with old details, total of 1000m3. First floor the living room with kitchen and dining table. A separate dining room and place to work. On the second floor a nice balcony to enjoy the sun, with spacious area to read a book. On thus floor we have the master bedroom, A quest bedroom and a bathroom. On the second floor a nice spacious bedroom and two small rooms for kids. A very old house, built in 1900, partly renovated. Enough space to park the cars. In our small village there is a trainstation and by train you can visit the ancient villages of Zutphen and Deventer along the river IJSSEL, with 30 minutes. You can easily visit the village of Ootmarsum with a lot of galleries from various artists.
By car you will be in Amsterdam within 1,5 hours and enjoy the city life of our "big apple".

I work as a lawyer at several banks, love my job but always keep a good balance between family life and work. Arjan works as a freelance projectmanager.
