Our flat is recently renovated. It lies on the 3rd and 4th floor (no lift) in a beautiful street in the city of Amsterdam. The 3rd floor is one space with the living room and the dining room connected. The open kitchen is furnished with all modern appliances. The apartment is very sunny with large windows at the front- and backside. The dining room has large doors opening to the balcony facing a quiet and green backjard. Upstairs are two bedrooms. The bathroom has a tub/shower.

We live in a very nice neighbourhood. Shops for various sorts of food and a bunch of restaurants and cafés are around the corner. The Vondelpark, the central park of Amsterdam, is only 5 minutes walking. The major museums like the Rijksmuseum and the Van Gogh Museum are at 15 minutes walking distance. All touristic attractions like the historic city, the museums, the concerthalls, the Leidseplein, the Dam, the Palace are easy to reach by walking, streetcar or (if you prefer the Dutch way) by bike. We are Else (47) and Thomas (53) and our son Mic (12). I am working as an artist and a teacher and my partner is a photographer. We had several experiences with exchanging homes and always had a great time.
