Walk-in closet and attic with stairs going to 70m2 roofterrace 'work in progress'. Not yet ready, but ready enough to sit and enjoy the view.

Our street is a secret hide out in the centre. A green and tranquil island in the vibrant city, with everything at walking distance. Turn left for the canals and old town with its canal houses and canal boats, elite residents, art galleries, boutique shops, deli's, restaurants, museums and more. Turn right for the Heineken Experience and 'De Pijp' with fashion, terraces, restaurants from all over the world, supermarkets, deli's, coffee shops, bars and the biggest open air food market of Amsterdam the 'AlbertCuyp' market.
Rijksmuseum, Van Goghmuseum at walking distance. Rembrandtplein and Leidseplein - for nightlife - at walking distance. Flowermarket and shopping area at walking distance. Cinemas, concerthalls, more museums, Zoo, swimmingpool, gym etc. all at walking distance. Or take our bikes for a tour around town and feel local.
Public transport is right around the corner and will take you all over town. Straight line to Central Station where you can take the free ferry to Amsterdam North with it's harbour and abandond shipyards, now hosting fleemarkets, artists, hippies, festivals and the brandnew super cinema 'Eye'. Or a little further, to the city beach Blijburg at IJburg on a warm and sunny day.

Michiel is an Award Winning Music Producer for TV Commercials. Marianne is a former museum tour guide at the Tropenmuseum and annually tour guides the Tribal Art Fair in Amsterdam, works for a (interior) designer.
Sarah has one more year to go for university, Rosa just started high school.
We love to cook and eat out a lot. Family people who enjoy dinners with lots of friends and family.
