Description of our house

Our house is on the outskirts of the village, overlooking the meadows where horses graze. The house has two floors, with a cosy sitting room below, open dining area and kitchen. Runs through the French doors and also through the kitchen door you can go to the garden. Below is the toilet. On the first floor is a bathroom with washbasin, bath and shower. A sunny spacious sleeping room with a TV and radio.

Bergen is known as a village for artists and nature lovers. Our house stands at the edge of Bergen. To the cozy Center of the village is about 15 min. walking away. It is also ideal for visiting the beach, forest, dunes and Amsterdam. Alkmaar and the beach are about five kilometers from Bergen. Alkmaar has a lot of authentic shops in the old town. Amsterdam is very easy to reach by car and train. Something about ourselves

We are Jan and Mary and both of us retired. We love travel, visit cities, classical music,reading, cooking and hiking. Together, we have four children who no longer live at home. Only our cat is at home and we hope that you would like to take care of him. It is an easy cat who is often outside and eat only hard chunks.
