We are so lucky to own this 150 m2 family house (2 living rooms, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms) with big garden next to the city centre of Amsterdam.
The house is build in the early 30's under architecture of the famous "Amsterdam School.
The house/ apartment has 2 floors:
Entrance (street level): entrance in little corridor, dining room, open and fully equiped modern kitchen, 1 bedroom (2 separate beds), bathroom, and garden.
1st floor: living room, with flat-screen television, office, separate toilet, baby/todlers bedroom, master-bedroom, bathroom (with bath and separate shower), balcony.
We have two very friendly cats, they are outside most of the day.

Located in "De Rivierenbuurt" in between the RAI-trainstation and Amstel-trainstation on a 3 minute walk from the Amstel river and public transport which will bring you to the city-centre within 10 minutes (walking 20 minutes, cycling 10 minutes).
The neighbourhood is very famous for its architecture (Berlage, Amsterdamse School) and has a lot of nice little typical european shops. Ideal location to discover Amsterdam and her surroundings!
