We would like to do an exchange in the period between Oktober 2013 and April 2014. We have a boy from Januari 2010 and we expect a baby at the and of May 2013. So we will be with 4 persons from then. But it is also an option that we leave the kids at home and that we only come by the two of us. We are very flexibele in data. And we are curious what you can offer!
We already made an exchange for two weeks in August 2013 and we planned an exchange to Miami in June 2014 for two weeks. We had 3 perfect house exchanges in 2010 (Vigo, New York, Paris), we had 2 in 2011 (Biarittz, Pyreneeën) and we had 2 wonderful exchanges in 2012, Marrakech and in Nimes (France). We already have been to Furertavuentura in March 2013.
We offer a large and beautiful old (1930) renovated house near the beatiful old centre of Haarlem. By train it is 15 minutes from Haarlem to Amsterdam Central station and within 15 minutes you are at the beach. We have four bedrooms, one master bedroom with a double bed (2.00 by 2.10 cm) and and a nursery with a crib (it's possible to put here a 1 person matrass). On the second floor there are two big bedrooms. One with a bed of 1.60 by 2.00cm, the other bedroom have also a bed for 2 persons.
There is one living room with a dining table and a seperate kitchen. With a nice garden with sunshine.
It's a perfect house for one or two adults and a maximum of 3 kids. (in the childroom there is everything you need for a child. (, changingtable, toys etc etc)
There is an extra matrass for one person and a smallbed for a baby/child available in the apartment.
We have also 4 bicycles (male and a female) available. If you want a seat for a child on the bicycle we have it.
We have all the luxury you need. We have a dishwasher, Wifi, digital television (downstairs and in the master bedroom) a washing mashine a washdryer etc.
We have a very nice Gym only 30 seconds walking form our house.
Every Thursday there is a very nice Market just around the corner. We would like to do an exchange in the period between Oktober 2013 and April 2014. Haarlem is a beautiful city with a very nice centre full of restaurants and nice bars (there is not a city with more restaurant compare to the people in Holland). Haarlem is also one of the best shopping city's of Holland.
From our house to the centre is about 10 minutes when you walk. The Central station is in the centre. We also have 4 bikes. From the Central station there is a direct train to Amsterdam central station, with takes 15 minutes and a train to Zandvoort (beach) withs takes 15 minutes. But you can also go by bike to the beach (25 minutes).
Our house and neighborhood are very nice and very childfriendly. You can park your car (for free) in front of the house.
