Great location on walking distance from the Van Gogh- and Rijksmuseum, market, Concertbuilding and Vondelpark. The house is located in a tree lined street, between Museumplein and De Pijp; the last is great for indie shopping, trendy restaurants and varied nightlife. It's very central and in a quiet neighbourhood, and there is a supermarket just around the corner. It is also easy to reach by public transport.

We work as engineer and shiatsu therapist in Amsterdam and are both in our early fourties. We've been living here for over fifteen years and enjoy being so near to all the attractions of the city. We are very much into music, reading, yoga and running (Vondelpark). We like good food and company, eating out in the numerous restaurants around, as well as cooking with fresh ingredients from the Albert Cuyp market. We already had some very succesfull exchanges (New York (twice), Copenhagen, Ireland and Vancouver) and are looking forward to a new swap.
