Description of our house
I have an apartment in Amsterdam on the canal.
this canal is the Amstelcanal. The view you can see on the pictures.
My place is near the centrum and on walking distance from the musea area as van Gogh, rijksmuseum and museum of modern art.
If you like classical music you must go to the Concertgebouw, e.g. to the free lunchconcerts on Wednessday.
Also the tram or busstop is near my place. Amsterdam is also a good place to travel from if you would want to discover the rest of Europe: with the high speed train Paris, Antwerp or Berlin are only a few hours away
It is possible to make a bed for 1 person from the bench.
Also to get a cleaninglady 1 time a week when you wanted.
Also a place in Utrecht is availebel There are 5 places to sleep and its only 30 minutes by train from Amsterdam. Also you can travel from Utrecht tru whole the country easely, you are from there in 2 hours at the other site of the country....ofcourse holland is not that big.Ask me for pictures of the place in Utrecht.
We are open for all your offers.This year we having already an exchange but for next year we are open for sugestions.Maiby we are trafeling with 4 people next year.

Our neighborhoodI live in the neighbourhood from musea's and a lot of nice restaurants on walking distance. Also on walking distance from the bigest market from amsterdam, daily open.
To the center you can walk in 20 minutes.
but you can also take the tram, its near my place.
The beach is 30 minutes by train (from central or amstel-station). Also everywhere you wanted to go in Holland its not that far. To the nord and sud it is 2 hour by train. We live in a smal country.
If you like to stay here on queensdayfeast that is the 30est of april, its a crazy town then, with in the whole town fleamarket, everyone is selling things then from the attic. And a lot of muzik on the street, and on the boots.

Something about ourselvesI am a single women from 57 and travel mostly together with my sister.I'm a painter in my free time. and live allone. Semi retired.
The temperatur was this year april 20-25 degrees. Also in may.
My sister is allergic for animals, so please i hope you don't have them.
you like too see Amsterdam for the musea's or the nice city with a lot of culture and nightlife,change with us.......
