Comfortable 1 bedroom apartment is situated in the centre of Zutphen, an old historic city with about 30.000 inhabitants. The modern styled apartment is above a shop at the edge of the city centre. On the first floor you find a spacious livingroom at the front, a kitchen/diningroom at the back and a sunny roofterrace at the back. On the second floor you will find a bedroom with a kingsize bed at the back of the house and an office for 3 people at the front, all computers connected to the a high speed Internet connection.At the back of the premises there's a free parking lot and a shed with tools, a workbench and it also stores 3 bicycles.

Zutphen is one of the oldest Dutch towns in The Netherlands and is famous for history as an important trade-city because the river De IJssel flows through it. The old centre of the town is in fact unchanged in the last centuries and the town is and a popular daytour location for foreign tourists. Although the town is very quiet, it's situated perfectly in the middle of The Netherlands and it's an ideal 'base camp' for making daytrips to Amsterdam, Utrecht, Den Haag, Arnhem, but also to Germany since the German border is only half an hour drive away.
