Our apartment is in a quiet , safe neighbourhood called Point Venetia in Point Pirouette , which is a private peninsula , but Maho is only five minutes away , and Simpson Bay 10 minutes .Nice open plan apartment with 2 bedrooms (2 double beds) and three bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen, dining area leading to lounge area. High speed internet and cable TV. Lovely deck and terrace with hot tub and dining area, with stunning views over Simpson Bay Lagoon. Mazda 6 also available.

Only 6/7 minutes from the airport. Five minutes to beach and Maho village. Mullet Bay and Maho closest beaches. Stunning location overlooking Simpson Bay Lagoon. Simpson Bay 10 mins . Philipsburg 15 mins. St Maarten has everything you could want from a Caribbean Island , Sunshine , Beaches , Wildlife , Tons of Activities , Nightlife , Museums , Shopping . There is the added bonus of the island having two sides , the Dutch and the French , pop over the border and you are in France ! Excellent shopping in Marigot , and loads of beautiful unspoilt countryside , beautiful quiet beaches , and even a ferry to St Barts next door . Something about ourselves
