Beautiful, large and all equipped condo on the beach. Our condo is located on the second floor and has 3 large bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a kitchen, a large living-dining area and a storage area for bicycles and snorkling equipment. There is also a very comfortable terrasse off the living room which offers a superb waterview and gorgeous sunsets. The beach is right there, wide and uncrowded. White sand and turquoise water await you. There is also a large and well-taken care of common pool and sun-tanning area.

Uaymitun is an upscale beach area located about 35 minutes from Merida, the capital of the state of Yucatan and the largest city in the peninsula. You will be only a short drive away from beautiful colonial architecture, historical Mayan ruins (Chichen Itza, Ek Balam, Uxmal, among them), delightful cenotes (underground water holes), great art and archeological museums and restaurants, etc... The beach in Uaymitun is wide and uncrowded and offers white sand and turquoise water. Great for children, as the water is usually very calm and warm. Something about ourselves

My name is Julie (46), an early childhood educator and my husband Scott(49) is an internet marketing consultant. We are a Canadian family. At home, we speak both French and English. We have 2 children, Alexina (25) and James (14). Only our son travels with us now. Sometimes, we travel alone, just Scott and myself. The condo is available anytime of the year. We love nature, gardening, cycling, hiking, antique shopping, going to concerts, visiting museums and Julie runs marathons (if you know of races in your area, please let me know!). We live South of Montreal, but travel often to our Mexican condo. We are very respectful people, very clean. We love our home and our condo and would treat your property with the same respect. We do not smoke and we can take care of your plants and animals if necessary.
