Our condo is in a new, small, development nestled on a hillside just two blocks from the beaches of Banderas Bay. Surrounded by exotic trees and lush tropical gardens the "Selva Romantica" (Romantic Jungle) community enjoys sweeping 360 degree views of the Pacific Ocean, the Old Town of Puerto Vallarta and the Sierra Madre mountains.
Although just a few minutes walk from the beachfront and downtown restaurants and shopping our position on the hillside enables us to enjoy quiet times on our patio and around the pool.
Puerto Vallarta is a booming Mexican tourist location which enjoys about 300 days of sunshine per year - we spent Feb. and March 06 in our condo there and did not have one day of rain!
The restaurants, shopping, arts, crafts and people are wonderful and we never tire of walks through the Old Town and along the Malecon - especially in the evening to watch the sunset over the Bay.

We are Shirley and Bob and are in our mid-60's. We intend to retire fully this year and spend our time in different parts of the world.
We expect to use our condo quite a lot in the winter but we would love to see other parts of Mexico so we would be open to an exchange for a Mexican property in the winter months as well.
