Description of our house

This is a beautifully designed open plan villa within walking distance of all shopping, the beach and the marina in a private gated enclave. The garden has developed (picture is an early one) to a stage where it is a bower of tropical palms and bougainvillea hibiscus and rose. Each of the three large bedrooms has it's own balcony and built-in wooden closets. There is a king bed, a queen bed and 2 twins (can be made into a king) and all linens of course. The bedrooms are on the second floor accessed by an open stair case with 20 foot ceiling and skylight. Bathrooms have been done in travertine.

The casa is in a Mexican neighborhood which is the real Mexico and the neighbours are for the most part also Mexican--lots of children at play. Many speak English. Within 3 short blocks there are several markets, esthetician services, 2 hospitals, several medical offices, good local restaurants. Something about ourselves

I am a professional person and have been a world traveller, lived and worked in 4 countries and have come to love Puerto Vallarta. It is a lively city and there is much to do and see and the restaurants are fantastico.
