This two bedroom condo in the Holiday Inn Complex is located right on the beach.The view from the 12th floor private balcony is breathtaking. It has a large beachside swimming pool, hot tub, Gym & steam room, tennis courts, Kitchenette, Air condition, parking, Security. It overlooks the Holiday Inn courtyard, pool area, beach & ocean, downtown and mountains.The size of the condo is about 730 sq ft. Each bedroom has a Double Pillowtop Queen Size bed. The condo is only a 10 minutes by taxi from the Airport and ten minutes to downtown Puerto Vallarta. There is always a lot to do and see in Puerto Vallarta.

Our condo is located in the Hotel Zone, 10 minutes by bus from downtown. We have a large supermarket/mall about 2 blocks away. There are endless shops and resturarants in the area. There are 3 restaurants at the complex, shops, hair saloon, message saloon, lounge/bar, money exchange, car rental, internet services. Take an evening stroll on the Malecon, (long boardwalk along the ocean, downtown) and check out endless shops and restaurants. Buses run frequently (every 5 minutes) to downtown and cost about 50cents and taxis cost about $3.00 Something about ourselves

We have done about 25 exchanges so far. As we are still working, it restricts us from travelling all the time but we still like to travel at least 5 to 6 times a year. Fijay is 55 years old and self employed a Financial Planner and Maureen works part time. We live on Vancouver Island, British Columbia, Canada. We can do non simultaneous exchanges. We will treat your home just as if it was our home. We do not smoke and will not be travelling with pets. We do not have any children. Most of the time there is only the two of us travelling but there are ocassions when there is four of us. Our Preference: We prefer Resort/Condo type settings, in the city or close to the city rather than rural or residencial settings. Summer time preferred. Destination: ANYWHERE, Europe, North America, South America, Central America, South Pacific, Africa, Asia (Tempt us) . This world is a beautiful place and we would like to see some of it in our lifetime
