Very comfortable home with much time spent on designer touches to make the home both interesting and authentic to the traditions in Mexico. It has modern touches in terms of highspeed internet, satelite TV stero and music. The other owners in the small 20 unit condo are very friendly and welcoming and there is an onsite manager that can introduce you to the life there. The beach offers seaside dining and great places for entertainment and Puerto Vallarta is just a short bus ride away. We are located 20 minutes north of the Puerto Vallarta airport. Puerto Vallarta offers all the city entertainments should you want it. The art work, culture and seafood is so worth the trip. At Christmas it is a constant fiesta in Mexico and the people are on holiday and extremely hospitable to visitors. It is a wonderful time of year that we have experienced and offer to you as a special time in your life.

Bucerias is a small town just 40 minutes north of Puerto Vallarta. It has good markets and all the grocerieas you might need. If you prefer larger stores you can find them in puerto Vallarta (Walmart and Sams Club) as well as many more. Our town, Bucerias is a quaint town with the Bay of Banderas being the focus. Fresh fish are caught each day and either cooked by you or the many restaurants along the beach. You can travel to the other close towns to watch the Christmas celebrations or lounge around the pool or swim in the ocean at the pools edge. We love the location and know you will also. We are a retired couple in our early 50's who love adventure and seeing new places. We have travelled widely and look forward to new adventures. My wife has relatives in Austria and Germany and we love to visit Europe. We want to integrate into everyday life in your local area and really feel what it means to be a neighbour. We love to visit museums and art displays and viewing architecture and love to see nature and visit Christmas markets and enjoy life.
