We offer a two bedroom home in the beautiful colonial city of San Miguel de Allende, recently named a UNESCO World Heritage site. We are one block from stores and restaurants, a 5 minute walk to the renowned Instituto and a 15 minute walk from the historical centre. The house is fully equipped, including ShawDirect satellite television and wireless internet. The city is situated at 6,200 feet and offers a temperate climate year-round. It is a popular destination for Canadians and Americans due to the thriving arts community and music festivals.

We are located just a block in from one of the main streets, lined with shops and restaurants. A large supermarket is only a ten minute walk. Taxis cruise the area and buses run down the main street. Something about ourselves

We are a retired Canadian couple. Joan was an IT professional and Peter owned a printing company. After retirement, we travelled the world in search of the ideal community, and after ten years, ended up purchasing a home in San Miguel de Allende.
