Description of our house
Two years ago I bought this wonderful house, with boveda ceilings on the 1st and 2nd floor and turned it into an apartment for myself, one for my friends and a casita for my son. What I have available is the casita, very open and easy living, or the 2nd floor of the house, one bedroom but a huge living space with kitchen dining room, living room and artist studio.

Our neighborhoodLos Frailes is 2 km out of San Miguel de Allende. It offers the pleasure of San Miguel without the noise and constant bustle. San Miguel is a very artistic city, a heaven for painters, writers and has a large colony of retired people who have moved here to enjoy the very easygoing lifestyle. If you ever dreamed of learning something or starting something new this is the place. Every possible kind of classes are offered and the schedule will be made to suit you. Since I moved here I have started jewelry making, still am learning flamenco, yoga and only God knows what I will get into this year.

Something about ourselvesFrench Canadian retired woman who discovered this city 15 years ago and started coming back for winters 5 years ago. Finally bought a house here, sold the one in Canada and am now living here permanently. Since this is a three apartment place exchange does not have to be simultaneous. Should you like to visit an Miguel I can be a good source of information and make all arrangements for your stay to be most comfortable. I do have an extra car I can lend and also a scooter. Very connected in the Mexican community and I can arrange private Spanish lessons or whatever you might like.
