Great oceanfront condo. Just remodeled the entire building and the apartment. Magnificent sunsets everyday. Nice pool area, with beatiful warm climate. Located in 2nd floor of only 5 apartments building. Very clean. All 4 bedrooms with bathrooms and air conditioner.

The neighborhood is quite and friendly, walking distance to foodmarkts, shopping centers, movie theaters. Everything you need for a comfortable living. Also very close to golf courses, tennis courts, snorkeling and fishing. Ideal for long walks along the bay, of 6 km aprox.
