Description of our house
Our apartment is on the 10th floor of a 13 storey block with 3 bedroom. The master bedroom has a king size bed with attached bathroom and the other two rooms with a single bed sharing a showeroom/toilet. In the living/dining area there is a seating for 6 and the dining table seats 6 as well. We have satellite tv with VCR and DVD available for our guests. The kitchen is equipped with gas cooker, microwave oven with convection and grill functions and other small electrical appliances. Though we do not have a freezer, I believe the refrigerator's freezer might be sufficient and though we have a washing machine, we do not have a dryer since it’s not a necessary for our tropical climate.
There is a small room and a shower room/toilet next to the kitchen which can also be use for additional occupant if the need arise.
The onsite facilities for the apartments occupants are a large swimming pool which is open from 7.00am to 9 p.m daily except some occasional cleaning and maintenance period, a small café by the poolside serving local and western food, a convenient store, a gymnasium, sauna, laundry shop and a beauty saloon. A tennis and squash courts as well as children’s playground.
It is a very safe with a security guard entrance.

Our neighborhoodThe apartment is about 8 km. from the city centre. A commuter train station is about 3 km. away. No bus service close to the apartment but taxi is easily available by phone or if the time is right you might just get it when they dropped off passengers at the guardhouse and reasonably priced too (All taxis metered )..
The surrounding area is a mix of blocks of high rise apartments, gated community complexes and double and single storey townhouses.
Other amenities like shopping complex, supermarkets, dining, golf, equestrian club are all within 10- 20 mins. drive. Food? no problem even if you do not want to do any cooking at all, all kinds of food available within easy reach be it as cheap as under AU$3 per meal in local stalls or for around AU$35 for a buffet dinner in 3 or 4 stars hotels.
A number of excess road make it a very convenient location to travel to the city centre or beyond. About 5km. away is the excess to the North/South Highway and to the East Coast of Peninsular malaysia. Kuala Lumpur is centrally located in Peninsular Malaysia that make it also convenient if you wish to travel downsouth to our neighbouring Singapore (5 hrs drive) or to the north Thailand (7 hrs to Thai border town). You can take advantage of Low cost carrier Air Asia to the neighbouring countries.

Something about ourselvesWe are in our fifties and both of us are professionals with 6 children. The eldest (son) an accountant, married and live in the neighbouring block of this apartment. The 2nd, 3rd, 4th (girls) are currently in the local universities. The youngest 2 sons are 16 and 14.
We like to travel and for the coming trip most probably we will be traveling with the youngest 2 boys. The girls will be joining in if the dates chosen are within their semester breaks.(All have different semester breaks!).
We had travel to Europe during our younger days as students in the U.K and been to most of the tourist attractions in Victoria (Australia) and part of NSW.
We will look after your property just like how we care for ours. We will leave your house just how we find it if not better.
