Fully furnished condo on high floor (12A) in the south of Penang Island in Malaysia. 3 bedrooms with double beds and separate bathrooms, 1 with pullout bed doubling up as games room. Balcony overlooking the Malacca Straits and the Malaysian mainland. Pool, tennis courts, squash court, exercise room, sauna in the condo premises, two covered parking spaces available.
Well equipped kitchen, TV plus all linen, crockery, cutlery, towels etc. Washer and dryer in the condo. No dishwasher.
Fully air conditioned and 24 hour security.
Maid's quarters but no maid.
Property overlooks sea and is close to water but no sea swimming close by.

Situated in the south of the tropical island of Penang in the west of mainland Malaysia, a short walk to Queensbay Mall (the largest shopping mall on the island) and 15 minutes from Penang International Airport. This is the quieter part of Pulau Pinang not too close to the tourist beaches.
Situated near to excellent shopping and many restaurants or just cook at home in a fully equipped kitchen.
Building has 24 hour security and is well maintained.
Penang is a small island and taxis and public transport (bus) are cheap and readily available. Georgetown the capital is a 15-20 minute drive and the Batu Feringgi beaches 20-30 minutes as are all the other local attractions.
Mainland Malaysia easily accessible just across the bridge.
We spend our time on the balcony enjoying the view and down by our private pool.

We are a retired couple, over 60, spending most of our time in Singapore as well as in Penang. Mike is Canadian and has spent many years working around the world as an accountant for a multinational company. Rini is Indian and has worked as a travel agent for many years in both India and Singapore.
We love the relaxing time we have in Penang.
We are looking for opportunities to spend time in a destination country rather than rushing around like young tourists which, for us, is now in the past.
